Arduino, Buttons, Joystick, Conductors!? You Want It? It's yours my friend
Below you'll find a list of Hardware I use for my many projects. I often get asked what hardware you need to start your adventure in controller bending so I eventually just made a webpage for it. We'll be adding more hardware when it comes up! If you have any questions shoot Louis a DM on twitter: @superlouis_64

Arduino

Picture
The Arduino Leonardo is my favorite board to ever use for my projects. The Arduinos are so versatile and has so many community made tutorials that even the dumbest controller ideas can come to life. I wouldn't recommend this as a beginner tool but the best ways to learn is to hop right in. Learn more about Arduino on their website

Makey Makey

Picture
The ULTIMATE beginner friendly board for inventing new controllers or even new Human Interface devices! Makey Makey is even used to teach kids on how to make their own cool inventions. It's really simple. Connect a conductor to the board and BOOM, it's a keyboard input. Bananas, graphite, and even... yourself? Anything you can think of can probably be a controller. Learn more on Makey Makey's website.

Titan Two Input Converter

Now do you want to bring your controllers to life and use it on Consoles? This is it. This device was used to help teenagers automate 360 noscope but I learned this is actually a really good converter. Also our current Ring Fit mods use this. It's a little pricey but my converter has lasted many years! Learn more about the input converter on their website

Link to Product:
  • Titan Two Input Converter: Amazon $199
    • The main device. With this you can literally play any console with any controller. In 2021 you can play Halo with a wii mote if you really want to.
